You don't have a prioritization problem.

You have a deletion problem.

Most creators I talk to are sitting on lists of 20, 30, 40 things they "need" to do. They've organized them, color-coded them, moved them from app to app, calendars, you name it. And they're still stuck.

Because prioritization was never the issue. The issue is everything stays on the list.

Here's the framework I use when a creator tells me they don't know where to start:

Stop. Start. Ignore.

Stop is not delegate. It's kill. What are you currently doing that has no business existing in your workflow anymore? Not "hand off eventually." Delete it now.

Start is the thing you've been circling for weeks. You know what it is. It's the one that actually moves revenue, but it feels risky or uncomfortable, so you stay busy with everything else instead.

Ignore is everyone else's agenda for your business. The platform someone told you to be on. The offer someone suggested you build. The strategy that works for their business, not yours. It doesn't go on the list. It doesn't even get a conversation.

When you run your task list through this filter, you usually find out that half of what you've been stressing over shouldn't exist at all.

That's not a productivity hack. That's a decision.

If this was useful, forward it to a creator friend who's drowning in their to-do list.

And if you want to actually work through what to stop, start, and ignore in your business right now, that's exactly what the Decision Reset is for. It's a 90-minute session where we cut through the noise and you leave knowing exactly where to put your focus.
